Welcome to St Pete Beach! Located right on Boca Ciega Bay and across the street from the beautiful beaches you'll find the Sylvette community. Easily get to Corey Avenue or off the island while avoiding Gulf Blvd or explore the wide variety of beach bars near by. The community itself has two pools, one heated, waterfront grills, a community dock and shuffle board to enjoy while your home. Your spacious one bedroom will be waiting for you when you're done enjoying the weather and this lovely beach town. As you enter the front door from the large pool area you'll notice the natural light and nice view of the fountain. With a bike storage room and your own exterior storage room you'll have plenty of room for toys and the walk-in closet provides ample room for the swimsuits. They just finished adding a new sea wall, restoring the the piping and are preparing to paint the exterior as we speak.
